RADIANCE — LAB-GROWN DIAMOND JEWELLERY

Every Radiance piece is custom-made to your specifications — your cut, your gold, your carat. Each order involves bespoke craftsmanship, production costs, and non-refundable shipping, which is why a restocking fee applies to returns.

Please note: import duties, tariffs, and customs charges levied by your country are solely the recipient's responsibility. These are not covered by ARKH and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including on returned orders.

Return or exchange unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all Radiance returns. The remaining 80% is refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

The item must be returned in original condition with its IGI/GIA certificate, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

No restocking fee applies if:

• The item has a manufacturing defect
• The item was damaged in transit
• The item does not match the agreed specifications

In those cases, we will refund in full or remake the piece — your choice. Return shipping is covered by ARKH.

Exclusions: Pieces with personalised engravings are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

HERITAGE — SILVER ARTEFACTS & ATELIER PIECES

Every Heritage piece is delivered from India. Many are made to order.

Silver Articles (idols, diyas, kitchenware, coins, artefacts)

Return unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all Silver Article returns, reflecting import and production costs incurred on every piece. The remaining 80% is refunded within 7–10 business days of inspection.

Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

No restocking fee applies if the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit. In those cases, we will refund in full or repair — your choice. Return shipping is covered by ARKH.

The Atelier — Handmade One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Atelier pieces are unique, handmade, and not reproducible. They are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. If your Atelier piece arrives with a fault, we will refund in full or repair — your choice. Return shipping is covered by ARKH.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@arkhjewels.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage or issue
• The original packaging, if damaged in transit

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email contact@arkhjewels.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions and the correct address within 1–2 business days.
3. Dispatch the item within 3 business days of receiving approval.
4. Ship with tracking — we strongly recommend insured tracked post for all Radiance and Heritage pieces.
5. Once received and inspected (3–7 business days), your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no penalty. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible — please refer to the return terms above.
