What You Get
Three separate guarantees, one promise.
Cash Buyback — sell your piece back to us for 60% of what you paid, anytime after 18 months.
Easy Upgrade — trade up to a bigger or different piece and we'll credit 90% of your original purchase toward it.
Double Upgrade — upgrade to a piece worth 2× your original and we'll credit 100% of what you paid toward it.
All three options are available after 18 months. No expiry, no catches, no fine print trying to void your claim.
A Real Example
Let's say you buy a 1-carat Oval Solitaire Ring for $3,000 in May 2026.
18 months later, in November 2027, here are your options:
Keep it. You have a beautiful ring you've worn and loved. Nothing to do.
Cash buyback. Send the ring back with its IGI certificate. We inspect it (normal wear is fine), and send you $1,800 by bank transfer. No obligation to buy anything else.
Easy Upgrade to a $4,000 ring. You receive $2,700 credit (90%) toward the new piece. You pay the difference: $1,300. The old ring goes back into our supply.
Double Upgrade to a $6,000 ring. You receive $3,000 credit (100%) toward the new piece. You pay the difference: $3,000. Essentially, your original purchase becomes a deposit on your upgrade.
Why We Do This
Traditional jewellers mark pieces up 3–5× the wholesale cost. When you try to resell, you get 10–20% of what you paid — because you paid for showroom markup, not stone value.
Our pricing is closer to wholesale. That means we can afford to buy the stone back from you at a fair rate, and you never feel like your purchase was a sunk cost.
It's not a marketing gimmick. It's how the diamond trade has worked inside our family business in Meerut for 25 years. Diamonds are an asset. We treat them that way.
How It Works
Step 1: Contact us at contact@arkhjewels.com or on WhatsApp with your order number.
Step 2: Tell us what you want — cash buyback or upgrade (and which piece).
Step 3: Ship the item back with its original IGI certificate.
Step 4: We inspect within 5–7 business days. Normal wear is fine. Major damage or missing stones may reduce the offer — we'll give you a quote either way.
Step 5: Cash transfers in 30 business days. Upgrade credit applies instantly.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Every Radiance piece is made to order — your cut, your gold, your carat size — and produced by our workshop in India, which involves import fees, bespoke craftsmanship, and non-refundable shipping costs. Because of this, our returns policy reflects the custom nature of what we make.
How it works:
- Return or exchange unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, reflecting the custom production and import costs we incur on every piece. The remaining 80% is refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.
- The item must return in original condition with its IGI certificate, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer.
Exceptions — no fee applies:
- Manufacturing defects, damage in transit, or pieces not matching the agreed specifications will be refunded in full (or remade, your choice).
Exclusions:
- Pieces with personalised engravings are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
